Due to the digital nature of the course material and the immediate access provided to all program content, refunds are only available through our 30-Day Top Talent Transformation Guarantee.

To qualify for the guarantee, you must:

• Complete all assigned coursework with proof of completion, including:
• All workbook assignments
• Attendance at scheduled coaching calls
• Viewing all program videos in full
• Demonstrate application of program concepts to your career or job search
• Submit your refund request within 30 days of your purchase date
• Provide evidence that the program did not yield results equivalent to its cost

We are deeply committed to helping you gain clarity, build confidence, and position yourself powerfully for your next move — and we want you to feel fully supported every step of the way.

That’s why we offer the 30-Day Top Talent Transformation Guarantee:

Go all in for 3 months. Complete all required worksheets and program steps outlined in the Top Talent Brand Accelerator, show up for coaching sessions, and apply the strategies provided. If you’ve completed the program in full and can show your completed materials — and still feel the program hasn’t delivered — we’ll refund your investment in full.

1. Your completed workbook(s)
2. Evidence of implementation
3. A short explanation of your experience

If it shows you gave it your all and still aren’t satisfied, we’ll make it right.

6. Refund Conditions

• Refund requests must be submitted within the 90-day period.
• You must provide verifiable proof of course completion and application.
• Refunds are granted at our sole discretion after review of your submitted materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, Top Talent Recruiting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the program.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws applicable therein. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
